Children's Ministries
We are a family friendly church that welcomes children in our worship service. We love children here and desire for them to be a part of our faith community. We believe that spiritual growth and maturity happens best for all of us in the larger faith community. It is our desire that even during the worship services we can create an atmosphere that is conductive to children's spiritual growth. (Yes, it may get a little noisy at times, but that just reminds us of the new life growing in the church.)
We offer a nursery and toddler room for the little ones during the worship service for those extra fidgety times. Also in the back of the sanctuary we have set up a room for those times of crying or needing a little loving attention. This room has a large glass window with blinds and sound speakers that can be used to see and hear the worship service.
For children ages 6-10 we do offer a class during the service that includes singing, crafts and a Bible lesson in our children's classroom. If your children do go into the classrooms, please pick them up as soon as you can after the worship service. This helps our volunteer leader's come and fellowship with us after the service.
Our goal is to share the love of God with your child every Sunday morning whether it be in the main worship service or in the classrooms. We believe in giving the needed spiritual support to the whole family. We offer other special children’s events during the year. Your child is very special in God’s heart, as well as ours, so come play with us in God’s love.
